Limited Warranty
Cecarol Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Cecarol products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the "Warranty Period" section below, subject to the following exclusions.

This Warranty Statement sets forth Cecarol's entire and exclusive warranty obligations. We do not assume and do not authorize anyone to assume any other responsibility for us in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period
The warranty period for Cecarol products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, a sales receipt or other reasonable proof of the consumer's first purchase is required.

Cecarol will replace any Cecarol product that is inoperable during the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials. Replacement products carry the remainder of the warranty period of the original product.

Original Consumers Only
Purchaser's warranty on Cecarol products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.


Cecarol's warranty does not apply to:

Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use for any purpose other than the normal consumer use authorized in Cecarol's current product literature.
· Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized agency
· Any product purchased through an online auction house.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. However, we currently serve the US market only, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  a) Processing time: 1-2 Business Days

  b) Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days

B. Shipping fee: Free shipping for all of the products*

C. We currently do not ship to the following areas:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii,Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Return Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cecarol.com or support@cecarol.net.
